Orders may take longer to dispatch (busy periods, holidays etc) but we’ll keep you updated.
If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and try our best to resolve it.
RETURNS POLICY
Returning a Bag
The condition of each bag will be clearly described and shown in photos and video content. You should know exactly what you’re getting with no surprises. However, if your item isn’t quite what you were expecting, we’re happy to offer a refund.
You’ll need to follow our refund process:
- Let us know within 2 days of receiving your order (please quote your order number) – contact@marumcr.com
- It has to be in the same condition as when we shipped it. If you believe it’s been damaged during the shipping process – please send us some photos.
- Send it back to us within 14 days – you’re responsible for shipping and insurance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked we’ll process your refund. You’ll get an email once this is done.

We use a trusted 3rd party to authenticate every bag. And every bag is handled, inspected and graded before we sell it. We’re open about the condition and give detailed descriptions of every item.
We hope this means you won’t be disappointed when your bag arrives, but if you are – get in contact within 2 days and we’ll try to address any worries you have.
